Help Build the Financial Foundation of a Growing Canadian Design Business
Overview
TiriVelo Labs is preparing to launch its professional UX/UI design services division, and we're looking for an experienced Accounting & Finance Specialist to help establish the financial systems supporting our clients, contractors, and operations.
This is an opportunity to work directly with company leadership, shape efficient financial processes, and contribute to the growth of a new Canadian business.

As a division of TiriVelo, Labs operates within the same Canadian corporation while maintaining dedicated client engagements, project delivery processes, and financial operations.

Help establish efficient bookkeeping procedures and documentation standards.
Project Financial Reporting
Track project-level revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Compare actual financial results against approved budgets.
Prepare periodic summaries of cash flow, margins, and outstanding payments.

Track CAD/USD transactions, exchange rates, and associated fees.
Coordinate with external accounting professionals on tax and compliance matters when required.

Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting administration, accounts payable/receivable, or finance operations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience preparing invoices and reconciling financial transactions.
Familiarity with Canadian business accounting and GST/HST fundamentals.
Confidence working with spreadsheets and financial reporting.
Ability to maintain accurate and confidential financial records.
Strong written communication and comfort working remotely.
