Overview
We are looking for a Legal & Research & Development Intern to join the TiriVelo team and help build the legal, operational, and strategic foundation behind our growing pet care marketplace.
This role is ideal for individuals interested in law, business, public policy, or corporate governance who are eager to gain hands-on experience in an early-stage startup. Working directly with the Founder & CEO, you'll contribute to legal research, policy development, corporate documentation, and operational initiatives that support the company's long-term growth. This is an unpaid internship focused on providing real-world startup experience, meaningful project ownership, and the opportunity to develop practical skills while contributing to a live technology platform.

What You’ll Actually Own
Assist with preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal and business documentation.
Conduct research on legal, regulatory, and industry topics relevant to the business.
Support the development of company policies, internal procedures, and operational documentation.
Assist with corporate filings, registrations, and compliance-related activities.
Organize and maintain important company records and documentation.
Research new ideas, tools, and business opportunities that support company growth.
Collaborate with leadership on special projects and strategic initiatives.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, Business, Public Administration, Political Science, Public Policy, or a related field.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable conducting independent research and summarizing findings.
A strong written communicator with professional writing skills.
Curious, dependable, and eager to learn in a startup environment.
Able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
