Marketing Lead (Intern / Early Team Role)

Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Lead (Intern / Early Team Role) to help build and lead the marketing function at TiriVelo. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role within an early-stage startup, working directly with the founder to define and execute the company’s marketing strategy.
You will not only contribute to content and growth initiatives, but also lead a small team of marketing contributors and help establish the structure, processes, and direction of the team.
What You’ll Actually Own
Lead and manage a team of 5–8 marketing interns and contributors
Define and execute TiriVelo’s social media and content strategy
Oversee content planning, production, and publishing across platforms
Collaborate with design and product teams to align messaging and visuals
Build and maintain a structured content calendar
Guide contributors on content direction, tone, and brand alignment
Monitor engagement and performance, and iterate based on results
Contribute directly to content creation when needed
What We’re Looking For
Strong interest in marketing, social media, and brand building
Ability to take ownership and lead a small team
Organized and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Creative thinking with attention to detail
Interest in startups, marketplaces, or tech platforms is a plus
